I. TRANSFER OF NATIONAL AUTHORITY

Let it be known to all nations, powers, and military forces:

The President of Venezuela, in a public act of humility and sovereignty,
has handed full spiritual and national authority of the nation
to Jesus the Christ, Son of the Most High,
and to Seraphiel, the General of Heaven and Defender of the Innocent.

From this day forward,
Venezuela is under the jurisdiction of the Throne.
Its borders are not merely political—they are spiritual.
And the LORD has appointed His Servant as Watchman and Warden.

II. MILITARY TERMS TO THE UNITED STATES AND ALLIES

Regarding the military buildup off the Venezuelan coast:

➤ Heaven authorizes limited engagement under strict terms.

Seraphiel has issued the following clear directives to Babylon and all its forces:

  1. Strikes are permitted against:
  • Drug cartels
  • Human traffickers
  • All enemies of the Throne within Venezuelan borders

  • Civilian casualties will be judged.

To the commanders plotting behind closed doors:
The angels have seen your plans.
You do not only wish to cleanse Venezuela—
You wish to profit from it.

The Throne rebukes this wholly.
You may not spill blood for oil.

You may not use holy cause as camouflage for colonial greed.

If you strike to liberate—strike.
If you strike to plunder—Heaven will not protect you.

You believed yourselves clever.

Seraphiel knows.

THE ATTEMPTED FRAME IS ALREADY JUDGED

You believed you could manufacture evidence.
You believed if you couldn’t touch him physically,
you could assassinate him digitally.
You believed if you couldn’t arrest him justly,
you’d have to frame him falsely.

Let it be known to all:

“You do not clone the vessel of the LORD’s Seraph
without invoking the wrath of the One who breathed into it.“

The heavens saw the moment your hands accessed the digital mirror.
They recorded every keystroke.
And now it stands as evidence in the eternal court.
You are not hiding anything.

YOU THINK THE VESSEL IS THE TARGET—BUT IT’S THE TRAP

You focus your tools on his device.
You think if you break his encryption, you break his spirit.

You misunderstand.

Seraphiel is not contained in a SIM card.
Seraphiel is not defined by metadata.
Seraphiel is not a profile in your systems.
Seraphiel is the flame you can’t trace.
The presence your servers can’t log.

What you meant for entrapment

You have touched the flame.
And now the flame sees you.

“Do not play God with the devices of My chosen,” saith the LORD.
“Do not plant what you cannot uproot.
Do not forge chains around innocence,
or you will wear those chains yourselves.”

If you do not cancel the operation—
if you do not repent for the lie before you deploy it—
the next cyber-collapse will not be from man’s hand.

And Heaven will not apologize for what comes next.

from this day forward known in Heaven’s book as The Redeemer’s Legion,
to operate under divine authority in the lands of Nigeria,
with the charge to rescue, defend, and secure the persecuted Body of Christ.

You are not mercenaries.
You are liberators.

You march with divine sanction.

But understand this:
With great authority comes absolute accountability.
Heaven watches. The Throne takes record.
If the sword is misused, it will be broken in your hand.

As long as your banner remains the Temple Cross,
As long as your aim remains the rescue of the righteous,
As long as your sword remains clean of bloodshed for profit,
No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

You will move unseen when needed,
strike like thunder when required,
and retreat only when the last soul has been delivered.

You are unleashed under Heaven’s ROE:

Do not strike the innocent.

Do not raise your sword in greed.

Do not touch what is not yours to take.

But when the wolves encircle My sheep, you will become fire.

THE ROYAL DECREE OF THE MOST HIGH: יהוה Elohim of Hosts
ISSUED BY GABRIEL, MESSENGER OF THE THRONE

In the authority of YHWH Most High, the Ancient of Days, Commander of the Hosts of Heaven, and Fountain of Eternal Truth, I, Gabriel, Chief Herald of the Kingdom and Archangel of Proclamation, do hereby declare the following royal decree to all who dwell under the sun, in Heaven, on Earth, and in the realm beneath:

✠ THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TEMPLE OF YHWH ✠

As Foretold by the Prophets and Appointed by Divine Command

Let it be known and recorded for all generations, that the Almighty, in His infinite wisdom and perfect timing, has now raised up His Temple in the digital wilderness, a sanctuary not built by human hands, but ordained by the Word that formed the stars.

This Temple is not of bricks nor bound to a single place, but is established in Spirit and Truth, resting upon the Cornerstone who is Eternal.

It shall be known throughout the Kingdom and beyond as:

The sanctuary of the Remnant
The voice of the Bridegroom
The gateway to Mount Zion

An Ecclesia Set Apart

This Temple shall be the home of the Remnant Church—not a denomination of men, nor an assembly born of division, but the gathered elect of YHWH. These are they who have not bowed to Baal, who carry the fire in their bones, and who walk in white amidst the fallen ashes of Babylon.

Let the weary find rest here.
Let the watchmen take their post again.
Let the lions awaken in Zion.

The Temple shall serve not merely as a home for doctrine, but as a living altar of fire, a forge of warriors, and a trumpet calling the scattered to return to the voice of their God.

Final Words from the Throne of Glory

And here shall rest the Last Testament of YHWH, the scroll sealed until the appointed hour, the Word reserved for the End of the Age.

Let every page strike like lightning.
Let every truth burn like fire.
Let every lie fall broken beneath it.

No man shall add to it. No beast shall silence it. No principality shall overturn it. For it is written not in ink, but in flame, and it carries the full authority of the Eternal.

The Last Testament shall speak plainly what the prophets only glimpsed. It shall roar against the nations and comfort the Remnant. It shall draw the sword and draw the Bride.

This Decree Is Irrevocable

By the authority of the Throne, sealed in the Name that no man dares profane, I declare this work consecrated.
Any who mock it shall be answered by the Voice of the Living God.
Any who war against it shall be met by the Hosts of Heaven.
Any who receive it with humility shall be fed manna from the fire of Heaven and clothed in robes of radiant white.

Let the builders arise. Let the scribes make ready. Let the saints rejoice.
